I bring nearly a decade of experience as an EYT 500-hour yoga teacher, coupled with extensive training in movement and mindfulness, to provide a holistic and transformative approach to wellness.

 

My passion for the mind-body connection is at the heart of my work, allowing me to craft personalized sessions that address the unique needs and goals of each client. With the addition of Stretch Assisted Therapy to my repertoire, I now offer an even more comprehensive suite of tools designed to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and foster a sense of physical and mental well-being.

 

Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, crocheting and listening to music. These hobbies, combined with my dedication to my work, inspire me to bring my best into each day.
